Everyone of us has a different skin type. Some of us might have
beautiful, flawless skin, but the majority of us are troubled by the
blackheads, oily skin and/or acne. Skin type is usually predetermined
genetically and there is nothing you can do about it. However, when you
take a good care of your skin, you can delay aging and also improve its
condition.

I have chosen 5 most important rules to follow in a skin care.
Always take off your make-up before going to sleep!
There is nothing strange about young girls using make-up. It is
already quite common amongst high school girls to use it. However, there
is one very common mistake that girls do, if they do not take off their
make-up. Make-up residues can clog pores and contribute to acne. If you
do not clean your skin before sleep, the skin cannot relax and breath
and you will have problems with it in the future for sure.
Lifestyle
It is your problem if you smoke or eat unhealthy food, but it is necessary to keep in mind that how you live always reflects on your skin. Not everyone who smokes has skin problems right at the moment, but everything will come later.
Proper hydration
Proper hydration has a lot to do with the lifestyle as well. It is
not good to underestimate it, because this will definitely affect the
entire body sooner or later. Your skin will get dry from not having a
proper fluid intake and then become wrinkly.
Excessive skin care
Very common condition and actually the complete opposite of what I
have said until now is an excessive skin care. Some people love to take
care of their skin, so they give it way too much care, time and invest
way too much money into cosmetics. But nothing is good for you, when it
is too much. If you put on in the morning ten different creams and
fifteen in the evening, it is clearly not OK.
Cheap cosmetic products
No matter if it is about cheap products, or inappropriately selected
ones all may result in acne, clogged pores or wrinkles. It is important
to choose products according to your skin type and experience.
